WF! Kids

WF! Kids is an interactive experience for your little rockers at heart! Admission is free for kids aged 12 and under (must be accompanied by an adult). From fun art, games, informative activities, and kid friendly tunes, WF! Kids is a family fun place to move, groove and enjoy the Festival weekend! Activities include an LED Climbing Wall, Face Painting, Airbrush Tattoos, Kareoka, Stage Performances and Arts & Crafts. Various activities are free; however fees may apply to certain activities as indicated by each area.

Visit the Eisemann Center Lobby to also view the finalist of the Student Art contest, a partnership with the Richardson Independent School District. Escape from the chaos of the crowds, and explore your wild side…kid style!

Funprint Drawing with Richardson Public Library

Presented by the Richardson Public Library, and based on famous author, Ed Emberley’s art, children use color stamp pads and their own fingers and thumbs to create flowers, bees, frogs and caterpillars. It’s like a little walk in the park!.

Fancy Flowers with Richardson Public Library

Presented by the Richardson Public Library, children will weave multi-colorful yarn on to paper plates to make beautiful, cheery flowers.

SoapGirl Selfie Stations

For the young and young-at-heart alike, strike a pose in one of Wildflower’s fun, interactive selfie stations. Post to social media for a chance to win tickets for a weekend at Wildflower! in 2025!

Dinosaur Invasion

Let the good times ROAR while you’re exploring the dinosaurs at Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival. The world’s most amazing species may be extinct; but this exhibit of animatronic animals in WF! Kids look and sound like real creatures. They are designed and built in a facility here in Texas by an in-house team of designers, engineers, sculptors, and artists – each highly skilled in their craft and passionate about dinosaurs.
